These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nolvane online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live are not excluded.

Store use

You must use the store lawfully and must not interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information or attempt an unauthorised transaction.

Products and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, images, colours, sizing and availability accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect appearance. We may correct errors, update information or limit quantities. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other charges collected by us are shown before payment. You confirm that your payment information is accurate and authorised.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, stock unavailability or delivery restrictions. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Nothing limits statutory rights for delayed, faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.

Intellectual property

The Nolvane name, store design, original text, graphics and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping only and may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers and delivery carriers. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Changes and governing rules

We may update these terms for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law. If you are a consumer, you retain mandatory protections and rights available in your country of residence.
